SignX PDF provides tools to sign PDFs, convert images to PDF, merge PDFs, and compress PDF files. All processing related to these features is performed locally on your device.

We do not upload your documents, images, or signatures to our servers at any point.

We do not directly collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

However, our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob), operating in Limited Ads mode, may process certain technical data — such as your IP address — as a necessary part of delivering ads to your device. We do not control or have access to this data. See Section 3 for full details.

To keep SignX PDF free, we display ads via Google AdMob, configured in Limited Ads mode. Here is exactly what this means for your data:

We do not receive or store any of the data AdMob processes on its end.

Google AdMob / Google Play Services Privacy Policy

In the event of an app error, we may collect diagnostic information through third-party tools. This data is used solely for troubleshooting and improving app performance. It may include:

• Device IP address, name, and operating system version
• App configuration at the time of the error
• Time and date of the event
• Other diagnostic statistics

SignX PDF itself does not use cookies. Unlike websites, mobile apps do not use browser cookies.

When operating in Limited Ads mode, AdMob may use fraud-detection cookies and local storage on your device, strictly to identify invalid traffic (bots and abuse). This data is not used for profiling, personalisation, or cross-app tracking.

To further limit ad-related identifiers, you can adjust your device's advertising settings:

Adjusting these settings does not remove ads — it only further limits identifiers available to the ad SDK. You will still see contextual ads.

We may engage third-party companies to facilitate or support our Service. These providers may be used to:

• Help facilitate or operate the Service
• Perform Service-related tasks on our behalf
• Assist in analysing how the Service is used

They may access limited technical information (such as device IDs) solely to carry out their assigned tasks, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We use commercially acceptable means to protect any information involved in our Service. Because your documents are processed locally, the security of your files primarily depends on the security of your own device.

The Service may contain links to external sites not operated by us. We strongly advise reviewing the Privacy Policy of any third-party site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content or privacy practices.

SignX PDF is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted data should contact us so we can take prompt action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting. We advise reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.
